Joe Biden exhibited signs of dementia during the vice presidential debate, according to Fox News' psychiatrist Keith Ablow. He explained his dementia diagnosis on Sunday morning, citing Biden's "bizarre laughter and interrupting." Ablow explained that he believes if Biden were not the vice president that a family member might be more concerned.

"If this was your dad or grandfather and you brought him to me you'd say 'Keith you gotta tell me, is he suffering from dementia because he can't seem to listen and he's laughing inappropriately?'" Ablow said.

The interview can be seen in the video below:

According to the Mayo Clinic there are 11 signs of dementia a person should look for. Memory loss, difficulty communicating, inability to learn or remember new information, difficulty with planning and organizing, difficulty with coordination and motor functions, personality changes, inability to reason, inappropriate behavior, paranoia, agitation and hallucinations are observable characteristics of dementia. Biden interrupted Ryan more than 80 times during the debate, and Ablow believes that his laughter was inappropriate. He admits that he can't give a true diagnosis since he has not evaluated Biden but believes dementia is "on the table."

This is not the first time a conservative pundit has alleged that Joe Biden has dementia.

Mark Levin, a radio host and blogger, leveled the charge in April after a Joe Biden speech where the veep said "I promise you, the President has a big stick." The remark was in reference to Teddy Roosevelt's famous quote about foreign policy which Biden referenced earlier in the speech. Levin, unlike Ablow, is not a licensed physician.

After Ablow's prognosis started making the rounds, many people took to Twitter to express their opinions and declare "truth" or "total BS" on the issue.
