Jessica Simpson has had many speculating about her pregnancy since late November. Now the 31-year-old singer has confirmed the news...and some are wondering how Weight Watchers feels about their latest star once again packing on the pounds.
"Merry Christmas from my family to yours!" Simpson tweeted on Christmas, along with a photo of first child Maxwell Drew. The photo shows baby Maxwell, who was born on May 1, 2012, sitting in sand where "Big Sis" is spelled out.

Us Magazine first reported the news of Simpson's pregnancy on November 28. A source explained to the tabloid that, "It definitely wasn't planned. But yes, Jessica is pregnant again."
Jessica Simpson had been quiet about her second pregnancy up until Tuesday, December 25. But now that the big news is out, Weight Watchers has released a statement via Twitter about their latest star.
"Congrats to @JessicaSimpson, Eric and big-sister-to-be Maxwell! Your WW family is so thrilled for you. What an amazing year you've had!"
Simpson signed a deal with Weight Watchers after gaining significant weight during her first pregnancy. Her latest ad campaign for the company aired on Christmas Day and showed the starlet looking slim in tight jeans. According to E! Online, Simpson is said to have shed 50 pounds since giving birth to Maxwell this past May. Her weight loss was part of a reported $4 million contract with Weight Watchers.
Since officially announcing her second pregnancy, many have been wondering how that would affect her deal with the company.
A rep for Weight Watchers said in a statement to ABC News that: "There have been no changes to our business agreement with Jessica. Jessica's successful weight loss prior to becoming pregnant will be featured in Weight Watchers' new 'Expect Amazing' advertising campaign, including a spot with her sharing the happy news." However, the Weight Watchers rep also continued that Simpson will no longer be following the Weight Watchers program while pregnant. "After she gives birth, Jessica and her doctor will decide when she may resume following the Weight Watchers program."
