Chaz Bono 60 lb. Weight Loss Secrets: What He Did That You Can Do Too
Chaz Bono's 60 lb. weight loss is not the result of some quick-fix, super secret diet plan. The "Dancing With The Stars" alum recently had an interview with People magazine and dished about what's NOT on his dish. Chaz Bono's 60 lb. weight loss (he's lost 17 lbs. since February) comes courtesy of some common sense steps that everyone, not just Hollywood elites, can take to make their lives a little healthier and their waistlines a little thinner.

"I've just changed the way I eat," he said. "Diets don't work. You just have to change what you eat, and I have. I really avoid grains and starches, so meats and vegetables and fruits are my diet. I make them all different ways to keep it interesting."
He's even tweeted his advice to fans.
What's worked for me is, no sugar, no grains, no dairy except goat cheese, no white starches, portion control, and high intensity workouts.

Chaz Bono's 60 lb. weight loss, and his diet change, can be attributed in part to his enrollment in Freshology. During an appearance on "The Doctors" Chaz Bono praised the company for helping him change both his diet and his overall health.
"It's made it doable," he said.
According to the company's website, Freshology is "a nationally distributed fresh meal delivery program designed for weight loss, jump-starting your metabolism and living a healthy lifestyle." The company prepares fresh meals and delivers them twice a week to members who, like Chaz Bono, combine the sensible, calorie-conscious fare with an exercise regiment for maximum weight loss results.
For Chaz Bono's 60 lb. transformation, his exercise plan included things he knew he would enjoy doing. Although his DWTS days are behind him (for now) Chaz regularly takes dance classes as part of his healthier lifestyle. He also credits his new found love of martial arts classes as part of the program that contributed to his 60lb. weight loss.
Chaz Bono's 60 lb. weight loss is part of his plan to lose 80-100 lbs. In November, Chaz went public with his plans to lose the weight and has been a regular on "The Doctors" as he continues to slim down.
"I hope the pressure of doing something publicly will give me more incentive," he said.
