"Big Fat Fatty" is a junkie's dream -- a food junkie's, that is. It's also every nutritionist's nightmare. The massive sandwich, which is 27 inches long and has almost every deep-fried or grilled food on it, can be found at Fat Sal's Deli in Los Angeles. The So Cal restaurant recently opened in Hollywood, and has other locations in Westwood and San Diego. The "Big Fat Fatty" is the brainchild of "Entourage" actor Jerry Ferrara, Josh Stone and Sal Capek.

And apparently, the idea for the "Big Fat Fatty" came to Stone in a dream. "I was very hungry when I went to sleep," Stone told San Diego's NVC7. And I was full when I woke up," he said.

So what exactly is on the behemoth "Big Fat Fatty" sandwich? Cheesesteak, cheese burgers, pastrami, chicken fingers, bacon, mozzarella sticks, fried eggs, jalapeno poppers, fries, onion rings, chili, marinara and fat sauce, all on top a 27-inch piece of garlic bread.

"This sandwich is available for our food challenge only, however if eaten by one adventurous soul in 40 minutes or less, the sandwich is free and that amazing human can create and name their very own 'fat sandwich,'" the menu at Fat Sal's reads.

Yahoo reports that between 700 and 800 daredevil eaters have attempted to devour the ginormous "Big Fat Fatty." Only two people have actually won the competition.

Here's video of the "Big Fat Fatty" uploaded to YouTube by Tasted:
