Ana Gloria Garcia Gutierrez was swimming near Fort De Soto Park in Florida over the summer and decided to hitch a ride on a manatee. Unfortunately for her, camera caught the ride and she was tracked down by Florida police for violating the Florida Manatee Sanctuary Act.
